Sam enjoys all aspects of veterinary work, but particularly enjoys working with farmers to maximise the health and production of their stock. He also has an interest in wildlife, having completed a Canadian internship in zoo and wildlife medicine.
Who am I?
Sam began at NSVets in January 2021 after previously working in Waimate and Invercargill as a mixed animal vet. Having travelled extensively with his wife Julia, who is also a vet, they have chosen Southland as their home due to their love of the great outdoors. Sam enjoys playing squash, going hunting or diving and can even be found doing leather work in his limited spare time.
